Of course, one awesome side-effect of martial arts is self-defense. Your child will become as safe as possible and gain the tools they need to escape and find help.

My elementary aged child LOVES taking karate here! The instructors are awesome. They are great with kids teaching them confidence, discipline, and all of the other wonderful things that go along with karate. During every class they talk to the kids about how to APPLY the teachings in every day life. A parent's dream! They keep it fun and fast paced, so my child never gets bored or fidgety. Focus, fitness, and fun!

Karate America does a great job mixing up the workouts for your body to meet its maximum potential as well give you challenges. The staff is supportive and kind. Should you have a problem area they will give you a substitute exercise within the class. They will support and motivate your every move. They have frequent and available classes within the week and on Saturdays. 5 stars well deserved.

I can’t say enough good things about the Ponte vedra karate America :) the tiger classes for little ones are wonderful , filled with great life lessons and fun. They are so incredibly patient and amazing with the kids while helping them set goals and increasing confidence- just awesome!!!

Family friendly school with superb teaching skills and techniques. They just don’t teach and you just don’t learn but you will be welcomed like family. Every class/session is fun and will make you feel good.
